Apple Slices

This is a drawing of a group of apple slices that I made using colored pencils! This was originally for an assignment for a class, but since then, has gone on in my memory as an example of what I can do.

I have always strived towards excellence in work that I am passionate about, and this project was no different. All of this drawing was done with color pencil, blending various colors together with a wax blender. It was a real blast figuring out which combination of colors would result in the perfect look, and what would make the image really feel alive.

I’m really proud of the final product on display here because I believe that it does a good job at showcasing not only my skills as a visual artist, but also the fact that despite the time constraints, one can still create quality content.
